At Silvish, we want your shopping experience to be simple, smooth, and worry-free. Please read the policy before placing your order.
Shipping
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Some products may have a longer dispatch time. If applicable, it will be mentioned on the product page under “Shipping Details.”
Delivery Timeline
925 Sterling Silver Jewellery: 2 to 5 days
Gold Look Jewellery, Imitation Jewellery, Bags, Watches & Other Products: 5 to 7 days after shipping
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, holidays, or external delays.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
A shipping charge of ₹99 applies on orders below ₹999.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.
COD Charge: ₹49
COD is not available on orders below ₹200 or above ₹10,000.
For Partial COD orders, 15% of the order value must be prepaid. This prepaid amount is non-refundable.
Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
International Shipping
International shipping fee: ₹1,499
International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 4-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging, invoice, tags, accessories, and free gifts intact.
A ₹99 return handling charge will be applicable on all returned products, including 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery, imitation jewellery, bags, watches, charms, perfumes, and other products.
Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
Refund Mode
Refunds are issued only as Silvish Wallet Credit / Gift Card after the product is received and quality-checked at our warehouse.
We do not offer bank refunds.
The ₹99 return handling charge, shipping charges, COD charges, and any other non-refundable charges will be deducted from the refund amount, wherever applicable.
Refund timeline: 5 to 7 working days after approval.
Note: Your Silvish wallet credit never expires, enjoy lifetime access!
How to Request a Return or Exchange
You can raise a return or exchange request through our return portal:

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery. Only eligible products will be approved.
Return / Exchange Will Not Be Accepted If
The request is raised after 4 days.
The product is used, worn, damaged, altered, washed, or not in original condition.
Packaging, invoice, tags, accessories, or free gifts are missing.
The product was bought during a non-returnable sale or offer.
The item was sent back without raising a return request first.
The product value is below ₹500.
The product is marked non-returnable on the product page.
Silvish reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged product, wrong product, empty parcel, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear 360-degree unpacking video is mandatory for such claims.
Claims without proper video proof or with visible tampering may not be accepted.
If the issue is approved after verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or issue Silvish Wallet Credit / Gift Card.
Reverse Pickup
We will try to arrange reverse pickup wherever courier service is available.
If reverse pickup is not available for your pin code, you may be asked to self-ship the product through India Post or another trusted courier.
In such cases, we will reimburse up to ₹70. Any amount above ₹70 will be adjusted against the refund/store credit amount.
Sale, Combo & Promotional Orders
Partial returns on combo, Buy X Get Y, discounted, or promotional orders will void the offer benefit, and the refund amount will be recalculated.
BOGO/free product orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Sale items may be non-returnable if mentioned on the product page.
Products purchased using Silvish Wallet Credit / Gift Card may not be eligible for return, depending on the offer or product category.
Cancellations
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the amount may be issued as Silvish Wallet Credit / Gift Card.
For COD orders, cancellation is only possible before the order is shipped.
