Blundr Return & Refund Policy
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Blundr, we want every order to land on your dresser in perfect condition.
Because perfumes are hygiene and personal use products, opened or used bottles cannot be reused or resold, so we do not accept returns once an order has been successfully delivered, except in cases of genuine damage or incorrect product received.
Our fragrances are made with high-quality oils and active ingredients. Any damage caused by neglect, improper storage, wrong application, or product misuse is not covered under this policy. Individual reactions or sensitivities to a particular ingredient are also not covered, which is why we always recommend doing a patch test before full use.
REFUND POLICY
Blundr is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery, unless it is reported as per the conditions below.
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

Missing item(s) in the order

Leakage / breakage or transit damage

Incorrect product received

Tampered or visibly damaged outer packaging at the time of delivery
To process any such claim, the following are mandatory:

Unboxing video:

A clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment you first open the parcel

Original outer and inner packaging, product, and labels must be clearly visible in the video

Timeline to raise a claim:

For damaged / leaked / broken / wrong product / missing items:
Please email or message us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID, photos, and the unboxing video. -
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery status update. No claims will be accepted after this period.

If the outer package looks tampered, open or badly damaged, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner on the spot and inform us immediately.

Delivery / shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, as they are paid to logistics partners.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–15 working days, depending on your bank / payment gateway.

We will share confirmation and transaction details once the refund has been initiated.
Blundr reserves the right to approve or reject refund claims after verifying the shared photos, videos, and order details.
RETURN POLICY
Because perfumes are personal-use, hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened, used or tested products

Change of mind / dislike of fragrance

Skin reactions due to personal sensitivity (please patch test before full use)
In rare and extreme cases where a product is received leaked, broken, or severely damaged in transit, or where there are missing items, we may offer:

A replacement of the same product, or
-
A refund / store credit, as per our internal verification of your claim and supporting evidence (as per the Refund Policy above).
To qualify, you must contact our customer support within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
